Role: Audit Manager (Insurance Audit)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit teams under Partner supervision.
- Handle statutory, internal, and concurrent audits for insurance companies (Life & Non-Life).
- Ensure audits are conducted as per IRDAI and ICAI standards.
- Coordinate with client teams to ensure timely completion and compliance.
- Review working papers and finalize reports before submission.
Desired Qualifications
- Qualified CA, OR
- CA (Inter) with minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Audit, OR
- Graduate with 7 years of experience in the Insurance domain in a reputed audit firm.
Compensation
- ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month (for Qualified CA)
- ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (for CA Inter)
- Performance-based bonus in addition to fixed pay
- Negotiable based on experience and expertise
